Set out below is an outline of our online terms and
conditions a complete version can be obtained by writing to:

1. The information provided online is a true and complete answer regarding the financial circumstances of your status.
2. GFS cannot be held responsible for omissions or errors entered into by you the client on the online application.
3. You confirm that your instructions to us are not for the purposes of deceiving any bank, finance house, shareholders or any person or body that might have a legitimate interest in your affairs.
4. You instruct GFS to contract the preparation on any documents that may from time to time be required in the structure of your chosen product.
5. All or any documents, contracts prepared by GFS acting solicitors are based on the information supplied by you the client and as such any omissions or errors may lead to a striking out against such applications in place.
6. It is also a material fact that you are solvent in terms of all statutory requirements within the Acts of the United Kingdom as they currently apply for individuals (Sole traders & Partnerships) and Companies (Under the Companies Acts) and that this applies to any legislative changes within 12 months of signing any agreement with GFS or its agents and that by ordering via online or by e-mail application or fax or written application you confirm that you are solvent in terms of the current legislation effective throughout the United Kingdom and immediately upon the date of signing any application.
7. By signing any agreement with GFS you are instructing GFS to arrange a facility and agree to pay the relevant fee for this service.
8. GFS agrees to refund your fee if your application is declined and the services are not provided.
       8i All refunds are issued on the last day of each month, following receipt of a rejection / declined letter.
       8ii There are no refunds applicable to services marked "Subject To Status" (STS).
9. GFS provides information, intermediary and introducer brokerage referral services only and does not offer banking services or accept deposits on behalf of its clients, nor does it offer any credit facilities.
10. The term "Guaranteed" attached to any product is guaranteed by GFS and not any bank or institution.
11. Facilities offered by financial institutions can change at any time consequently GFS reserves the right to offer you, the customer, the nearest equivalent product should this be required.
12. Financial institution document application processing times may vary, accordingly GFS cannot set a specific timeframe for any product provision.
13. Should your application be rejected you will allow GFS to obtain a copy of your credit file to asses the reasons for such a rejection. You also allow GFS to offer an alternative service, if this is possible.
14. For company formations if your bank account is part of a company formation and is rejected then you accept that a relevant proportion of refund will be given.
15. Payments made by personal or business cheques will require the requisite 5 days for clearance.
16. As a client of GFS you must note that it is a criminal offence to withhold or give false information when applying for a banking facility within the UK. Should this be found to be the case then no refund will be applicable.
17. By signing any agreement you hereby expressly consent to allow GFS or its appointed agents, to make such enquiries that it deems necessary in respect of your application/s.
18. Our criteria for product acceptance is based on the accuracy of the information you supply and your current credit status. GFS reserves the right to decline any application.
